- Sign-up was available through e-Services by grain company representative or through producer car administrators only.
- Sign-up by delivery period was on a first-come, first-served basis, and ended October 31.
- 2011-12 delivery contracts require a valid 2011-12 delivery permit.
- You are expected to deliver 90 to 100 per cent of your accepted contract.
- The delivered grade and protein must match the contracted grade and protein.
- You will have 30 days to deliver once you have been contacted by your grain company.
- Grain company representatives must ensure they can accept your grain within the selected delivery period.
- CWRS will be 100-per-cent accepted upon contract sign-up. CWAD acceptance for both periods will be equal to Series A CWAD delivery contracts.
- GrainFlo contracts are non-transferable.
- If you can't deliver to the company and station on the contract, you must notify the CWB before delivering. Company and station changes cannot be made in the last 15 days of each GrainFlo delivery period.
- GrainFlo contracts can be used in conjunction with any applicable Producer Payment Option (PPO) programs. Ensure cash tickets include the GrainFlo contract number and the PPO payment indicator.
- If you have not yet delivered on a Series A contract, it can be cancelled and a GrainFlo contract signed up.
- If you have partially delivered on the Series A call, you must leave enough tonnes contracted to cover deliveries already made in relation to the percentage called.
- If you have delivered on the entire Series A call, the Series A contract cannot be reduced because it would create an over-delivery situation.
- If you do not fulfill or buy out of your GrainFlo contract by the delivery period expiry date, you will be charged the buy-out fee posted on our Web site on March 15, 2012 (for Period 1 GrainFlo contracts) and on June 29, 2012 (for Period 2 GrainFlo contracts).
